Privacy Policy

When you fill in a form to ask about a website or to request a listing eFlyer, we collect what you type:

• your name and email address
• your phone number and brokerage, if you add them
• your message, if you write one
• for an eFlyer request, the listing’s address, the agent lists you choose and the date you want it sent

We also keep the IP address the form was sent from, so we can limit how often the form is sent from one address and keep spam out.

When you visit, our hosting and error-monitoring providers receive the technical information every browser sends, such as your IP address, browser type and the page you asked for (see Who handles your information).

• To reply to your inquiry and talk through a website or an eFlyer for you.
• To set up your website, or design and send your eFlyer, if you decide to go ahead.
• To keep the form free of spam, and the site secure and working.

We don’t sell your information or share it for advertising, and sending the form doesn’t sign you up for a mailing list.

We use a few service providers to run this site:

• Supabase stores the details you send through the form, with the IP address it came from.
• Resend sends the confirmation email you receive (with your first name and message) and the email that tells our team about your inquiry (with everything you entered).
• Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the form is sent by a person rather than a spam bot, using technical information from your browser such as your IP address.
• Vercel hosts the site and handles every page request, which includes your IP address and browser details.
• Sentry helps us find and fix errors. When a page loads or something goes wrong, it receives technical details such as your IP address, browser type and the page you were on.

Each provider handles this information under its own privacy policy. We may also share information when the law requires it.

This site doesn’t use advertising or analytics cookies, doesn’t track you across other websites, and doesn’t let advertising networks collect information about what you do here.

Because it doesn’t track visitors across other websites, the site works the same way whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track signal.

We keep your inquiry so we have a record of our conversation and, if you become a customer, for as long as we work together. Inquiries aren’t deleted automatically; you can ask us to delete yours at any time. Our providers keep their own technical logs for limited periods under their own policies.

You can ask us to see the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Send your request through the contact form on our home page, using the email address you gave us, and say what you’d like us to do. We’ll reply to confirm once it’s done.

This site is for real estate professionals. It isn’t meant for children, and we don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

The site is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and the details you send are kept in a database that isn’t publicly readable. Still, no way of sending or storing information online is completely secure.

If we change this policy, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
