How quickly can it go out?
Send us the listing details and the flyer is usually ready for your approval within a business day. Once you approve it, it goes out on the day you choose.
What goes on the flyer?
The listing's photos, address, price, key facts and open house times, with your photo, logo and contact details. If the listing has its own website or a virtual tour, we link it.
Who receives it?
Real estate agents and brokers who work in San Francisco, San Mateo County and the South Bay. Your flyer goes to agents, not to the public.
Can I send more than one flyer for a listing?
Yes. Many agents send one when the listing goes live, one for the open house and one for a price change. Each send is its own campaign.
Do I have to sign up for anything?
No. You pay per send, and there is nothing to subscribe to or cancel.
Can I use my own design?
